I've only been using it for a week and it seems to be improving; it's just a matter of patience.

The eye massager is impressive and comes with four different modes. it’s important to apply an under-eye gel beforehand, as recommended in the instructions. this really helps you feel the full effect of each mode and prevents any discomfort. after using it for about 15 minutes, i noticed a gentle tingling sensation under my eyes. it’s too early to speak on long-term results, but i plan to use it three times a week and will share an update as i continue using it.

Too strong or too light, the left side and another time the right side. So first time i used it after i made sure it’s charged, the current is only good at one side, then i said let me try it again, so i noticed now the other side works but it the original one. So i added the jelly same thing. I said it’s fine this eye is worse than the other side. I turned it off and on, it worked on both sides one stronger than the other albeit the current was so strong, i felt pain in my upper teeth. I let it run by itself maybe i will drain the charge and it will become week, but it still weird, the. It left an indentation in the side it worked that lasted few hours. This device is crazy, it’s cheap but not work the $17 stay away. Also the placement doesn’t sit in the under eyes area it’s more to the upper cheek under the eye area

Item arrived on time. Good value for money. Once i got the gel and put it on my eyes, it worked brilliantly. I’ve only used it twice but it feels alright. If i can, i will do an update in about a month time to see if it actually works on reducing eyebags. I would recommend this product and the seller.
